Problem / Baseline
The patient’s surgical history included:
- 25 years prior: Silicone nasal implant
- 19 years prior: Silicone nasal implant
- 15 years prior: Silicone nasal implant with ear cartilage graft
- 10 years prior: Dermis graft with ear and septal cartilage grafts, and implant removal
- 2 years prior: Nasal filler injections
These prior procedures contributed to the development of a contracted nose, requiring a complex corrective strategy.
