2. Surgical plan

An osteotomy was planned to remove the hump, and I plan to use a silicone implant to smooth the nose bridge and make the tip of the nose stand using septal cartilage and ear cartilage.

4. A general review

It’s a long and hump nose correction surgery. It was a case where I have no choice but to change the height to improve the bulbous tip of the nose, so I made it look a little fancy overall.
