1. Preoperative consultation
This patient visited my clinic to correct a deviated nose. The starting point of the silicone implant was high, so the impression was too strong, and the nostrils were significantly visible from the front with a noticeable asymmetry.
2. A surgical plan
I planned to straighten the tip of the nose that looked sagging, to lower the starting point of the silicone implant to the pupil line, and correct the nasolabial angle to 95 degrees to reduce the view of the nostrils from the front.
3. A picture taken immediately after surgery
4. A general review
The patient above had facial asymmetry and is a surgery to correct the part that looks bent in the front. In this case, facial asymmetry was not severe, so it could be easily corrected by adjusting the location of the silicone implant. By lowering the feeling of the nostril and the starting point of the silicone implant, the overall impression would have been much softer and more natural.
