Closed Rhinoplasty Korea + Big + Hooked + Droopy + Wide Nose Correction Surgery (No Prosthesis)

1. Preoperative Consultation

This patient came to the hospital to fix a hooked nose. The nose was naturally high and big, the tip of the nose was bent to the right, and it was stubbed and sagging.

2. A Surgical Plan

She didn’t want to use implant, so she chose a very elaborate method of trimming the nose bone to get rid of the hump, and I planned to fill the connection between the nose and the tip of the nose with cartilage.

4. A General Review

This was the case of a rhinoplasty for a naturally big and bumpy nose. Originally, the nasal bone itself was big, so this surgery required an overall trimming of the bone to decrease it.  the trimming must be done in a sophisticated manner because once the bone is ground, they cannot be reattached. Also, because this is a non-prosthesis surgery, the nose tip and the nose dorsum need to be reconnected with cartilage or dermis.
